"Trump is telling the truth....
the WMD'S were, in the main, NOT in Iraq AT THE TIME WE TOOK CONTROL OF THE PLACE. "
WRONG !
Remember
Comment #28:
The Secret Casualties of Iraq's Abandoned Chemical Weapons
CHEMICAL WEAPONS FOUND BY AMERICAN FORCES IN IRAQ
Between 2004 and 2011, American forces in Iraq encountered thousands of chemical munitions. In several cases, troops were exposed to chemical agents. SOME EXPOSURES DETAILED IN THIS ARTICLE
1 MAY 2004 Two soldiers exposed to sarin from a shell near Baghdadâs Yarmouk neighborhood.
2 SUMMER 2006 Over 2,400 nerve-agent rockets found at this former Republican Guard compound.
3 JULY 2008 Six Marines exposed to mustard agent from an artillery shell at an abandoned bunker.
4 AUGUST 2008 Five American soldiers exposed to mustard agent while destroying a weapons cache.
5 2010 OR EARLY 2011 Hundreds of mustard rounds discovered in a container at this Iraqi security compound.
So, TRUMP LIED ! WMDâS were, in the main (and in DETAIL), IN Iraq AT THE TIME WE TOOK CONTROL OF THE PLACE !

Donald Trump is a loose cannon. Up to this point I've been mildly amused by his NYC shtick appreciating the fact he was bringing up points that made the PC liberal media squirm. Now that he's attacking Bush II he's beginning to sound like Maureen Dowd (the op-ed columnist for the NY Times) who has a very bad case of BDS ... Bush Derangement Syndrome. Time for Trump to stand down, he's over as far as I'm concerned.

“I’m no warmonger. But the fact is, if we decide a strike against Iraq is necessary, it is madness not to carry the mission to its conclusion.”
1. strike if necessary
2. an air strike, as when Israel took out Syria’s nukes, is not an invasion by hundreds of thousands of troops. About the same thing he is calling for now.

I can’t be called a success. The promise was stability. That didn’t happen. I feel horrible for anyone who was killed or injured. But in retrospect a pre-emptive war with shaky reasoning is not good for anyone unfortunately.

We did find wmd, we should have crowed about it but didn't. You mean those old chemical weapons that Germany sold them to fight Iran with?
No wonder the Bushies didn't want to talk about it...

You mean "funny" as in "odd", correct?
Because it's actually been pretty sad to see so many Freepers enamored with Trump because: "he's gonna' build the wall. Yeah, and he's gonna' make Mexico pay for it. Go Trump!"
Pathetic.

well Bush did talk a little bit.. here is about his “oops my bad” speech:
In a speech before the World Affairs Council of Charlotte, NC, on April 7, 2006, President Bush stated that he fully understood that the intelligence was wrong, and [he was] just as disappointed as everybody else when U.S. troops failed to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

GWB has to have been wrong for Trump to be right, so GWB must have been wrong.
If Trump changes his mind tomorrow, then GWB was right.
And Trump was always at war with EastAsia.

Over 700 Iraqi War Veterans are receiving compensation for exposure to WMD. Some granted Purle Hearts. Some vets were forced to sign a non-disclosure statement about their exposure to WMD. Some patients presented with burns and claims of said exposure denied. “Mission classified.”
Rainbow Herbicides redux. Atomic vets redux.

I think it wasn’t that we knew they were there. We were hoping they were there.
A dubious way to justify a war at best. Outright deceit at worst. Hence the discussion.

And OBOLA lost the war.

I can't be called a success. The promise was stability. That didn't happen. The war was a success.
The aftermath was a mish-mash.
And Obola unilaterally surrendered.
Bush should have partitioned the country, giving the Kurds their own homeland. We should have provided military aid to the Kurds.

True or not, Bush-43 REFUSED TO DEFEND HIMSELF when called a liar about the weapons. So 90% of the country believes he lied (which he did not...at worst, crappy intelligence).
Jeb should not expect Trump to defend his brother’s honor, and he should have known this type of attack was coming, as Trump has used it in the past. If W won’d speak up due to his “new tone” crap, people shouldn’t be blaming Trump.
