A President Trump might need a grand gesture to demonstrate to the world that he is beholden to no one, including conservatives. Nominating Obama to the Supreme Court would be a possibility.

There are zero Constitutional rules to be a member of SCOTUS.
ANYONE can be a member so long as he/she is nominated and confirmed.
One need not even be a lawyer.

He’ll have Bill Ayers write his opinions.

Heâll make the move in November to negate the election.I have vacuum packed popcorn and lots of salt and vegetable oil in preps. Good luck to him. That one will be more entertaining than Netflix.
