Yeah well the very first suspects in any murder case are family members. Domestic disputes are a biotch. To me though this has got slipping written all over it. All alone. Unguarded. Near the Mexican border. That is how border agents get killed.

The judge decline FIRST. That is what I said. The grieving family made their decision based on what they were told. The judge should have ordered an autopsy give the ramifications of his death, the circumstances, and the fact that she is a democrat. You err on the side of caution in cases like this unless you just do not want to know the truth.
