Since you are an MD let me ask this:

Let’s assume the pillow was on his head. I don’t see a reason for someone to have mentioned a pillow if it was laying elsewhere on the bed so I am just going to assume that it was on his head

Bedsheets not rumpled

Laying in repose. Hands folded.

Is that possible with a sudden death heart attack. In my mind I see the body moving around with a heart attack.

I have generally enjoyed and agreed with your posts here. Further, as aggravated as I sometimes become with some who post here (not with you), I have only hit the abuse button once in all my years here and that was when some particularly arrogant jerk claimed he could and would obtain my address and assault me in my home. I am elderly and no longer up to such challenges as I once was. I hit the abuse button and asked JimRob if I should contact law enforcement, was advised that it would be unnecessary and the offender was zotted. Even when people disagree with me vehemently, which is certainly their right as far as I am concerned, I do not wish them banned or suspended. If JimRob decides to zot such people on his own information and for whatever reasons he deems sufficient, this is his parlor and that is his right. We are his guests.

Finally, as in all cases, if there is any serious question of Scalia being murdered, thee should be a full investigation with an autopsy to determine cause of death. Forensic evidence in full first, legal action, if any, only thereafter.

Seventy nine is not old anymore. You don’t know for a fact what did or did not happen. Assassinating a justice of the Supreme Court for his views is on a lot of people’s wish lists these days, particularly where the court schedule includes cases which are going to impact government policy regarding immigration. The government of Mexico as an example would have a vested interest in a certain outcome. It earns billions of dollars from cross-border transactions involving illegals in the U.S. sending dollars back into Mexico. Also it saves tremendous amounts of money by having the taxpayers of the U.S. pick up the tab for all of the Mexicans who are here and don’t have to be on the dole in Mexico. Mexico has exported its welfare problems to the U.S. And would like that to continue. The ranch was five miles from the Mexican border. It’s doubtful Justice Scalia had a foolproof security detail. Don’t be so goddamn naive.

I posted that out of frustration with this ghoulish speculation. I was being sarcastic and throwing in a ridiculous conspiracy of my own to demonstrate how retarded this all has become. From now on I will always end with a /sarc tag. I thought it was obvious.

Death by heart attack, heart failure, can be very quiet, not produce any movement. I was sitting in front of an older man at a seminar when he died of a heart attack. Thought I heard him snoring. He slumped over in his chair quietly and that was it. We called the paramedics, but he was already gone.

The judge who declined to be present before declaring the death to be of natural causes and who was first to decline an autopsy is a democrat: https://ballotpedia.org/Cinderela_Guevara

If you think assassination as a tool of foreign policy has been eradicated from the arsenals of the world’s troublemakers you are delusional. There’s nothing “ghoulish” about it. It’s “business as usual”. Wake up.

> Exactly it’s suspicious.

Suspicious like the only person who knew about Obama’s birth certificate being the only person of 9 passengers who drowned after a plane she was flying on ditched in the ocean who had exited the plane and was observed in the water then suddenly drowned. Like someone’s whose mother, father, grandmother, and grandfather (everyone who knew about his background personally) all died before he became president (the grandmother just days before the election)? Like a choir member of the church who he allegedly had a relationship with who died prior to the election. There’s a lot more coincidences that those too.

There is no theory. We just want facts. Theories will arise because of the absence of facts, especially given that the judge who made the call is a democrat: https://ballotpedia.org/Cinderela_Guevara

Exactly. Come on. Major blow to Obama and the Cronies. The cronies start to panic, but Obama says hey, don’t worry. Than a couple of days later, one of the main culprits causing the crony panic shows up dead. In a remote ranch near the Mexican border. It is instantly declared due to natural causes. Than a heart attack is assumed. And right away no autopsy is planned. Nothing suspicious at all there if you are maybe from planet Uranus.

As we speak the great mans remains is in a funeral home here in El Paso, less than a mile from me. Probably where I will end up too, someday!

The lady who made the decision for no autopsy is a democrat. That alone should have required extra care and attention given who had just died. This is wrong.

I don’t know maybe that he was in a location that was beautiful and he was going hunting which by all accounts he loved so his guard was down and was relaxing. I also read he declined a Security detail while on this trip so somehow he felt safe.

This story stinks! doesn’t everyone just call 911? This guy called some doctor, did nothing to resuscitate on advise over the phone, then called the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT??? Really, who do you call in Washington D.C. When the most important Justice in the country is dead in your hotel? Absolutely Scalia was Breitbarted.

Democrat admniistration eh... Ron Brown, Vincent Foster, relatively minor federal employees... the death serves the administration's ideologues and criminals. It's either accident, suicide or a heart attack.

Billie Sol Estes, Texas Con Man Whose Fall Shook Up Washington, Dies at 88

"Soon after the Estes indictments, however, Mr. Freeman, the agriculture secretary, disclosed that a key investigator on the case, Henry Marshall, had been found dead in Texas — bludgeoned on the head, with nearly fatal amounts of carbon monoxide in his bloodstream and five chest wounds from a single-shot bolt-action rifle. Local officials ruled it suicide, but the body was exhumed and the cause changed to homicide.

Six other men tied to the case also died. Three perished in accidents, including a plane crash. Two were found in cars filled with carbon monoxide and were declared suicides. Mr. Estes’s accountant was also found dead in a car, with a rubber tube connecting its exhaust to the interior, suggesting suicide, but no poisonous gases were found in the body, and his death was attributed to a heart attack.
