I agree that talking about your infidelities is not right. What book did he publish that in?

Roberts fooled everyone.
***********
That assumption is simply not true.
*********************

Could you explain why you think that. My question is .. there was no paper trail for Roberts .. so people really didn’t know what he believed regarding the law.

I’m not saying Roberts did it on purpose, but I’m saying that because he had a blank slate .. WHY wasn’t he vetted more deeply ??

Vetted for what? He’s been a fantastic conservative justice. Not wanting to overturn a law passed by Congress doesn’t make one a liberal. Congress has the right to pass bad laws. Even if we agree he should have, one bad ruling doesn’t make you a bad justice. Clarence Thomas voted against the other conservatives to allow legal “virtual” child porn. Is he a worthless disgrace too?

You condescension doesn't change the facts. Cruz supported Roberts and is now pretending he didn't. It doesn't matter how many others did. If that's his excuse for not taking responsibility, he's no leader.

On John Roberts

Opposing Roberts:
Donald Trump
Hillary Clinton
Barack Obama
Joe Biden
Barbara Boxer
John Kerry
Harry Reid

In favor:
Ted Cruz
Jeff Sessions
Fred Thompson

The SCOTUS has ruled conservative 10 time more often after Roberts appointment then before.

Because there is a counter example already posted on this thread. If the statement was “Roberts fooled most people” that I would agree with. Not ALL.
