Maybe the family refused an autopsy to avoid revealing something embarrassing about what he was doing when he died.

Then again, maybe someone suffocated him with the pillow and arranged his lifeless body into a “compromising” position before leaving the room, thereby assuring the family would nix an autopsy.

Or maybe he actually died from natural causes. The only thing for sure is we will never know, now will we? Even if he actually had a heart attack, why wouldn’t the family want to know for sure? And why didn’t the JP who declared him dead (without being there on location) go ahead and order an autopsy?

Maybe the JP couldn’t find an ME who wanted to die early like Loretta Duffy’s ME and Andrew Brietbart’s ME assistant died.

And anyhow about the pillow. Certainly his family could be asked if he customarily slept that way. Some people lie on their back and hug the pillow. Maybe since he’s Italian he was thinking he was eating lasagna.
