Same here, I have to have some pressure down on my forehead otherwise I don’t fall asleep.

this part is suspicious as most people toss and turn and bunch things up.

But your not saying that the pillow is over your face are you?

Between the head and the headboard there is some pillow room, and perhaps that is what is meant by the Pillow over the head remark in the article.

I’ve not felt well and laid down fully dressed. If one passed within minutes then no tossing and turning. I sometimes pull sheets totally over me, including my head and sometime put a pillow over my head.
