I read it as the OP insinuated that Scalia's death was a black bag job and he was 'heart-attacked' a la Breitbart.
The rancher coming in on such a scene would have guaranteed his demise by 'heart-attack' also.

It could be legit. He was old and didn't look all that healthy.

But, one must presume he had the best healthcare available.
