***Guevara pronounced Scalia dead at 1:52 p.m. on Saturday and ordered an autopsy after reviewing the case with a U.S. Marshall and talking to Scalia’s doctor*** May not have been completed, just ordered. But if they are definitively claiming cause of death an autopsy and tox screen have to be done first.
