We’re not going to have to worry about it if our stupid Republicans stay on break and let Obama appoint in recess.

A recess appointment can happen in January but the new Senate still has to confirm or not confirm that nominee. It is not permanent.

Is it just me or does it seem like the House of Representatives and the Senate is always on break?
No matter what urgent situation arises for our country, it seemingly always happens while they are away on break.
Just my observation, of course.

True!!! That may be the case!!!

Would you know how that would work?

Would the Senate not have the ability to slow it down?

That is unfamiliar territory for me.

Think the Nation is at a cross road and Congress will HAVE to take a stand and if Congress does not, was just on the phone and was asked if Congress will stall.......my opinion of Congress......backbone of a snail or slug!!!

WE THE PEOPLE, will have to take that stand!!!(Caps for emphasis not yelling.)

The line in the sand may be closer than we know!

jmho.
