Scalia’s wording in that decision is easily construed as demeaning to blacks. I agree with Scalia’s opinion but he could have worded it better. Good luck winning a general election digging in your heals defending every single word.

Here's a clue, Scalia didn't issue an "opinion" on this case. No one has yet.

What decision? The quote was from oral arguments where Scalia was questioning an attorney based on the facts. Trump was just too stupid to know the context and too liberal or uninformed to know where Scalia stands on such matters BASED ON ACTUAL DECISIONS.
