Top speed electronically limited to 130 mph but could never get that fast in city streets.

ELECTRONICALLY limited?

Is it beyond the means of a car enthusiast, let alone a nation state, to alter the programing of a car's electronics?

Does Dinan Engineering know about this technological limit?

Oh, it could have been a hack for sure.

It’s just that it’s not a sports car and has limitations. A 2013 Mercedes C250 was an entry model, the cheapest car you could get with the MB badge. Now I think the C- is a little more luxe because there is a cheaper CLA.
