Does it really matter anymore? In one day the entire future of our republic landed in the lap of the Senate. THIS SENATE!!! the election matters for squat if our heroes don’t sack up and say no way to an Obama nominee for the SCOTUS.

We are now saying goodbye to the Second Amendment. We are saying hello to a Court that will serve as a super legislature giving us a perpetual Obama presidency.

Debate?!?!

My thoughts exactly. The constitution dies with Antonin Scalia if this Senate allows an 0bama appointee to replace him. The next President won’t matter at all.

It sure looks gloomy if obola gets his choice for the supreme court justice.
The senate just might yield to obola and the RATS.

However, there might be a way out after obola is gone from the oval office -
have Congress declare him a usurper (i.e. illegitimate president - never was a president at all on account of his constitutional ineligibility) and eliminate all those he appointed as well as all policies he forced into place.

Yes, it is too much to hope for from the kind of Congress we have. But if Trump is the president, we can convince him to force the issue on Congress and wipe obola off the history of USA (i.e. he never existed as the 44th president); he would only be remembered as the usurper, foreign invader, destroyer of USA...
Trump is the only one that has talked about obola’s birth stories and doubts obola’s eligibility....
Ted Cruz the president will NEVER address obola’s ineligibility and we all know why.

Well said. The Republican lead Senate never fails to disappoint. They will likely sell out and approve an Obama justice with a mild bit of resistance, just for show. And all they have to do is stall.
