Only with those who think you’re fluent in a language with a sentence or two that’s “Spanglish”, and by one who freely admits he’s “lousy” at it. That’s why he refused to debate Dewhurst in Spanish back in 2012.

I couldn’t hear all of it, but the part I did hear was definitely an appropriate Spanish answer with a good accent. I worked a number of years in a bilingual job.
