Apparently running in Texas Cruz indicated he didn’t speak Spanish.
That true? Was he trying to appeal to the Anglos?
Cruz’s church giving in question:
As a private attorney in 2010 Cruz reported adjusted gross income of $2,040,840 and paid $674,703 in taxes, a rate of about 33%.
Records indicate that during those five years Cruz contributed just over $44,000 to charity, or less than one percent of income. The charities were not identified.
I don't speak Spanish either.... but I can. Sounded like Cruz can too....
