It doesn’t matter whether there were WMD or not. Iraq was in violation of the cease fire agreement from 1991. And that in itself was cause to go to war. It is what was cited in the Authorization for Use of Force in Iraq passed by a Democrat Senate.

15 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia and we attack Iraq????

Don’t forget Bush protect OBL’s family by flying them out of here when ever other American flight was grounded.

We had the largest attack on America since Pearl Harbor, and Bush the attackers family to leave. They were the only family allowed to fly out.

It’s despicable and you know it!

We need to reevaluate what is just cause to go to war, with the bar raised substantially the more distant the cause is from direct U.S. interests (and not contrived interests).

Bush’s Iraq War was an unmitigated disaster. And America doesn’t, or shouldn’t, fight for the “UN.” You can spin it any way you want but a lot of good Americans died or were crippled fighting for a bunch of goat-humping savages who HATE OUR GUTS. At a cost of TRILLIONS.

May the Bush family rot in Hell.

1. It matters because it was put forth by GWs administration as the reason we had to do it.

2. Iraq was in violation. That didn't mean it was wise to invade, as time has shown.

In 2002, did you think the war in Iraq would go on and on for six years? I didn’t think so. I had faith in the commander in chief and believed he would crush Saddam and that would be the end of it.

In hindsight, the war was a mistake.
