In fact, there should be no appointments until after this presidential election.

Relax. You don’t need to filibuster when you’ve got a majority.

Republican don’t need to filibuster. They’re in the majority in the Senate.

Of course, it need not even get to a vote, because if Mitch McConnell say no vote, there’s no vote.
