So you actually think that eminent domain is theft? Trump doesn’t deny that he lost in the attempt to get the city to purchase the woman’s home through the eminent domain process, but If Trump had been successful, there would have been a “better than you could probably get on the open market price” paid for the property. So just how is that theft? The woman simply didn’t want to sell her home and the courts upheld her right to the decision.
