I live in a suburb of Rochester. The city's schools have been FUBARed for the last 50 years and I couldn't care less what they do there.
A relative taught special-ed (K-2nd grade) there BRIEFLY a few years ago and quit because of the physical abuse ... from 5-7 year olds! Freakin' animals.
