The problem is that way too many people have been conditioned to feel, not think. And socialist leaders are adept at manipulating emotions. When they tell their subjects that they want nothing but the best for everyone, their subjects believe it. Even when the truth that socialist leaders are all about redistributing the results of their subjects’ hard work to themselves—for instance, Obama’s frequent and lavish vacations—their subjects still support them, still get all warm and fuzzy about how much dear leader “cares.”

Critical thinking is a skill in short supply these days.

Yes, but this honestly seems to apply to Trump folks too, because they have no actual history to base their hopes upon. I'll be hoping as well, if/when I vote for him in the general, and/or he is sworn in... but in the meantime, I have to keep pushing for Cruz.
