What does "nationalist and populist" mean - and how should we differentiat that from odour of the 1933 vintage edition of nationalist / somethingism?

Got tyranny of the majority? That's why this was supposed to be a Republic - not a populist democracy.

My definition of Conservatism is President Trump’s policy promises. Tell us conservatives which of Trump’s policy promises are not conservative please.
