If you did and you were correct Cruz would not be running, Rubio would not be running and O would not have reached a primary because it’d be settled law, cut and dry period. Until such time we (as in you me and other) have only that....opinions and nothing more. To state otherwise and make statements of fact when they do not exist make folks look quite silly.
