So does he suspend his campaign while he waits for the courts? What if a federal judge rules he is eligible but the supreme’s refuse to hear the case? What’s to stop the democrats from mounting an appeal if he wins the general. The potential exists for this not to end anything while destroying his chances... which I think honestly is the real goal. At least for Trump.

There seems to be evidence that Cruz tried to keep at least some of this stuff under wraps. He should have cleared all this stuff out a long time ago IMO.
