Sorry, gonna have to do more than threaten to sue on Twitter when he doesn’t like something in order to have any substance.
This NBC thing looks like a genuine dispute of a material issue fro Cruz. Don’t you think Cruz should put this thing to bed? If he was nominated, a lost suit by the Dems could give the election to them. IMO, Cruz should get the federal court system all the way up to SCOTUS even if it means he might be DQ’d. IMO that would be a selfless move and would show good faith.
