Nonsense. No federal court is likely to touch this topic, not even with a ten-foot pole.
But in the very unlikely case that a federal district judge did take up the matter and rule against Cruz, his decision would melt like a snowball in Hell when it got to the appellate level.
Like I explained to you in the post above Hillary also would have standing.
