There seems to be evidence that Cruz tried to keep at least some of this stuff under wraps. He should have cleared all this stuff out a long time ago IMO.

He said he would not file suit to challenge Cruz's elgibility. he said it in the first few Debates when directly asked.
He can change his mind. Doesn't change the fact that he could sue and he has Standing.

The courts may have to settle this but it’s funny how hypocritical people are. The circumstances surrounding Cruz’s birth are almost identical to those of Obama except he actually was a citizen of another country. Yet now it doesn’t seem to matter.. Smh.

Why don’t you actually read the case and perhaps the countless others in which a candidate (for offices less than President in most cases) has been held to have standing. Have you ever had any experience in working on an election case? I expect not.

The States haven’t the authority to decide on an issue covered in the Constitution without an Article 5 convention and ratification following the proposal to change Article II, Section 1, Clause 5. So I would suggest you go fly a kite!

In other words, Ted is a true NBC and will be eligible for the Presidency if he will only stop the negative ads. I might even make him my VP. But if he continues the ads, he is not an NBC — and I will sue him to prove it!

You are full of bull. There was an identical circumstance case decided in the 1970’s. Justice Blackmun wrote the opinion. To be a natural born citizen, you cannot be born any other way but American. If you are born in any other country, you are a citizen of that country and are not natural born American. if either parent is foreign, you could be claimed a citizen of that country (Cuba) and are not natural born. If both your parents are citizens of the United States and you are born here, you cannot be claimed any other country. You ae natural born.
There are numerous Supreme court Cases over the years which have all held the same premise as it was originally. Cruz is NOT a natural born citizen, nor is Rubio.
Stop your snarkyness. It is not Trump’s fault that Cruz is a lying Fraud!
