the local heat and air place here has a young Hispanic dude that’s their main guy on repairs and install,, sharp as a tack
I’m sure they can train Mexicans to build decent units down there .. hey it’s either that or you go out of business trying to compete with units made in China and elsewhere.. you can thank union wages and benefits, Obamacare, huge Federal, state and local taxes, governmental regulations and other mandates.. it doesn’t take a $40 an hour worker to put air conditioning units together
No it doesn't but telling a group of workers your job is on borrowed time then returning them to the work floor to continue to produce their product is foolish and is asking for trouble.
No, but it does take a $40/hour worker to support his family while buying whatever it is that you sell.
