If any of the jurors, or even if you, were in a similar situation and you did the same thing as this officer did then I would expect the same results. Charged, tried, convicted, jailed.

I don’t know the jurors so I can’t make that judgement.

We do know the officer didn’t do all that well.

So, what do you think the appropriate punishment for an officer who "accidently" kills a citizen?
