I defy any of the jurors to be in a similar situation. They could not hold a candle to this officer.
If any of the jurors, or even if you, were in a similar situation and you did the same thing as this officer did then I would expect the same results. Charged, tried, convicted, jailed.

I don’t know the jurors so I can’t make that judgement.
We do know the officer didn’t do all that well.
