I like all the warm puppies, but the demonstrated lack of a moral framework being present in the history of the promise maker makes me question whether he really plans on delivering them - or eating them.

Actually Cruz formally renounced his Canadian citizenship on May 14, 2014. He was a dual citizen while in the Senate.
