There were 11,000 inside, with another 4,000 overflow outside at the Trump Baton Rouge rally.

Nope..... more like the warped curiosity of watching the cult of personality of a reality television star, who unfortunately has no business being POTUS of this country..
Not exactly the same analogy, but similar was back in the old west, when one of the biggest attractions was always the display of slain outlaws. Same spectacle seeking crowd.
