It’s possible to see it happen, when one's desires become united enough with the desires of the Lord.
But the moment we take a feather in our cap for it, it falls flat.
Oh my, to me that is the stuff that true saints are made of ... I have seen it with some of the older ladies in my church... they are just so not there ... I mean when you look at or watch them they are just like watching Christ in the way they act, talk, the patience and wisdom they have. There is no ego, no human identity, everything inside has just been transformed.
These people make it obvious that they care about you, and they aren’t only ladies but gentlemen.
I hope some day I might look that way. This is to live in harmony with both God and men.
In the meantime I have only my clumsy-bum attempts to proffer. But I know that if I make efforts, the Lord will honor that.
