Probably they can’t keep copper for the HVAC units without having to hire security guards to protect the metal. I understand Indianapolis is going the way of St. Louis and Memphis and businesses are fleeing it.

Copper...hell I can tell you during the maquilla era in Mexico even cardboard shipping boxes had to be kept under lock-and-key. They were not “boxes” to the indigenous populace, they were “building materials”.
