Finally, a Freeper realist who knows that the final game will be played by the Electoral College team (est. 1789). It all comes down to less than 12 states. Think Hillary v. Cruz vs. Hillary v. Trump. OH? Depends on veep? PA? FL? NC? More Spanish speaking, needs a fluent Spanish speaking veep as Cruz has lousy Spanish (so Castro for the Dems and Rubio for the GOP). VA? IA? WI? NM? (Again, Spanish speaking.) NV? CO? NH? Prob Dem no matter what. MO? Prob GOP no matter what. I think Trump can Trump her, esp. If his VP speaks great Spanish, and isn't a religious heart-on-his-sleeve creep.

PS According to the Heritage Foundation, only 25% of evangelicals vote anyway so make a plan that doesn't depend on their turnout

I wasn’t always like this.
I remember a time when life was all absolutes.
The last three years I have lived in CO, CA, MN and AZ.
People and locations think different.
And with few exceptions, people are not evil.

The phrase “All politics is local” is very true.

I’m thinking even that estimate is way too generous!

But sadly, it no longer surprises me that the vast majority of supposedly “devout conservatives” have more hat than cattle. Bless their hearts.

I can’t conceive of any possible situation where I would chose Cruz over Trump, to lead, follow or get out of the way.
