Saying that he does't trust businessman Donald Trump ideologically, Viguerie added: "Cruz is the best candidate I've seen since Ronald Reagan and in many ways he's more ideologically consistent than Reagan." His feeling is that with the establishment currently divided across several candidates, Cruz can to rally not just conservatives, but the entire GOP. Viguerie said the GOP hasn't been fully united since 1988 and "only Cruz has potential to unite the party." ...

That is some exciting fiction you’ve written.
How in the world do you expect Christie and Carly’s voters to flock to Ted? This should be enlightening.
Figured you would be unable to defend your statement.
Then it is obvious the Constitution has little or no meaning to you! Add to its destruction by ignoring it.
But you can’t see the difference between a “Community Organizer” who never had a rel job in his life, and a man who has been a success in business Internationally? Obviously, you have a very lightweight scale with which to weight things of importance.
Too bad you’re so shortsighted and obviously will vote for more of the same old political slime that is destroying America.
My vote is my own, deal with it.
It is because of the Constitution Cruz is eligible....until that changes then it’s a non issue.
Cruz is NOT eligible ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION. Neither both parents nor his place of birth qualify him. He only has 1/3 of the required conditions. He is therefore not eligible.
Neither is Rubio.
You are the one who is going to have to “deal with it.”
As mentioned before, I’ll say again, I do not dive deep into the birther issues....not with Obama nor with Cruz, having satisfied through my own research that this is settled until it’s proven otherwise......it’s in play as a political attack and that’s all it is.
You should extend your research if you think Cruz is eligible. A pity you’re not interested in doing so. Alas!
Trumps supporters aren’t interested in facts....they have an illusion Trump has created for them, ‘the glitter of gold’. Everything about him is what they cannot attain themselves but they “believe” he will make possible for them....he won’t.
It’s heart wretching when I hear and see Trump show the contempt he does for his fans and how he so easily plays them. And still they clap and adore him. He’s like the abusive husband and father figure....slathers them with lots of “I love you’s” and such because he wants something from them, then backhands them only to quickly apologize or blame someone else for his behavior while he nestles under their heart once again. ......”I have no friends” he said to his fans...”You are m friends”...(he wants their votes).
It’s going to be very difficult for Trump fans when he doesn’t win this election.....and if he does...he will surely lose the general. As The Demorats are withholding their fire now....that will be unleashed if he wins the Primary...and he will be seen for what he is...it’s not going to be pretty.
There’s no need to extend my research...it was thoroughly researched to begin with....and long before Cruz announced.
Couldn’t have been thorough as your conclusion is incorrect.
That which was approved by my law professor in 1958 and a conversation I had with Justice Blackmun in the 1970’s which mirrored today’s question about natural born citizenship regarding Cruz. justice Blackmun wrote the opinion under which Cruz would be lost today. I’ll see if I can find it.
Look up Monrana v. Kennedy, Zimmer v. Acheson, and Rogers v. Bellei. The latter was a 1971 case, Justice Blackmun delivered the majority opinion. Essentially, if a person becomes a citizen through a federal stature, they are a citizen by naturalization, and are therefor not a “natural born citizen” which requires no statute. Cruz is not a natural born citizen. Prior to 1934, he would not even have been a citizen as before that date, citizenship passed through the father and Cruz’s father was Cuban.
no thank you....I am satisfied with my research.

Should I care what this dude says?
