Subpoenas have return dates. They also list the Court of Jurisdiction. Since this was issued in the fall it has probably been completely disregarded. A previous poster has already mentioned that the scope has been narrowed. That means State refused to provide the information and gaggles of lawyers are haggling over “nothing”.
