No, he didn’t say it. In my post I think I said that he “mouthed” it. He never spoke it.
And the way he talks reminds me of the best bosses I ever had during my career. Honest. Sense of humor. Never a question about where you stood with him.

Nope. He lead into a sentence where it would have fit in nicely,,but he paused and sort of almost mouthed it and let the audience fill in the word with their imagination.
