Moreover, Delaware lost a lot of men in the civil war, trying to abolish slavery.

If there ever was any debt, it’s been paid, in blood, in full.

Especially when Delaware was a SLAVE STATE that did NOT join the South, and kept Slavery legal for eight months AFTER the Civil War ended, all the time under the Stars and Stripes!

Other slave states that did not join the South, remained, or forced to remain in the Union...
Maryland
Kentucky
West Virginia
Missouri
Several kept Slavery legal after the Civil War ended till the 13th Amendment was ratified.
