That's right. Donald Trump, in South Carolina, came out in favor of Common Core education standards. Has he not been paying attention? Common Core is wildly unpopular in South Carolina. The state had originally implemented the standards and then rescinded them after a public backlash.
Jeb Bush, at a Heritage Action forum in South Carolina was booed over the issue.
Yet, here he is:

I saw it on the live feed. It was an obvious mis-speak. It can sometimes happen to anyone when rapidly speaking off the cuff , no teleprompter, as in this case.
When redstate says anything about Trump we know it’s a lie.

Misstatement. Trump has repeatedly said he will eliminate common core. He says it at every campaign event. So he misspoke.
Even the AUTHOR of this piece is walking it back: “UPDATE: Trump says he was referring to something Jeb Bush said. I’ll wait for more details.”
He has said: "I'm very capable of changing to anything I want to change to""""".....
That is scary...to me, but the supporters just don't give a flip that he may change to something they had do intentions of voting for. Will the real, for real Trump please stand up.
