That's right. Donald Trump, in South Carolina, came out in favor of Common Core education standards. Has he not been paying attention? Common Core is wildly unpopular in South Carolina. The state had originally implemented the standards and then rescinded them after a public backlash.
Jeb Bush, at a Heritage Action forum in South Carolina was booed over the issue.
Yet, here he is:

I don’t buy this at all. Every time I’ve heard a full Trump speech, he says he’s going to get rid of common core and the Department of Education. As a parent of two kids suffering through the nightmare that is common core, this is one of the best reasons to support Trump. Bush calls himself conservative but he’s largely responsible for killing what was left of public education with common core.

And he said it multiple times in his speech tonight.
Trump will put Common Core in the dumpster and make Jeb! haul it to the curb.
