It’s not a complete picture that Rush throws out there.

It must be the most conservative who can also win.

The primary season will tell us which one can win. They both must stay in until the end.

If someone can’t win the republican primary, then they can’t win the election. That’s not a failsafe view, but it makes more sense than some flash poll or someone’s opinion.

Maybe.

But just because someone CAN win the Republican primary doesn’t guarantee they can win the general either.
