This foundation/fund/group is from Iowa and is most closely associated with the Santorum campaign. Santorum endorsed Rubio, ergo the attempt to knee-cap Cruz here comes in a roundabout way from a Rubio supporter.

Didn’t know of any associations like you put out, but after hearing what the PAC had put out, my first thought was that it was Rubio support. Same fast and loose with facts and the truth.
