You are WAY out of your league. And its obvious you’ve never had people come walking towards your position waving a leaflet in surrender. The Germans announced in the NT that they would sink the Lusitania. In WWII we made wide use of leaflets. In many ways we have widely used them and get better results that you would know.
There is something very strong about saying this is what we are about to do, cooperate or be destroyed.
