Well, if you call a brokered convention “stealing” the election right in the first sentence, it’s pretty obvious what the author’s conclusion is, eh?

Consider this though: what if, in the Twilight Zone, Jeb Bush somehow is leading the pack with 30% of the vote, while a bunch of conservative candidates are splitting the other 70%. Jeb sweeps up the most electoral votes, but is still short of the 50% he needs to win. If the other conservative candidates endorsed the top conservative and told their delegates to vote for him, would they be “stealing” the election from Jeb? Or would handing the nomination to someone that less than 50% of the party wanted as the nominee be “stealing” the election from the conservatives?

Interesting possibilities you raise.

One thing has become clear to me in this primary season. Many voters seem ready to takes risks, real risks. I’m talking mostly about voters over 40.

Trump whipped all ideologies on the right in New Hampshire.

I’m astounded at the way Sanders trounced Hillary. Not that she lost, but to whom. This is an old, white, jewish leftist.

People are fed UP. Enough to jump into the real unknown.
