S.C. IS a winner take all state; as are the rest of the states after the SUPER TUESDAY ones.

There is so much wrong with that statement. There are actually only about 12 true winner take all states (and SC is not one of them). The rest are either proportional, or what is considered a "hybrid". That is, the winners of each congressional district get three delegates per district, and then there are additional state level delegates that either all go to the state winner, or are awarded proportionally. SC, TX, CA all award their delegates this way.
