I signed a nice oil lease on a small plot. Deal was between them, and me and my lawyer. I got what I asked for.
Eminent Domain isn’t needed when the company buying pays way more than market price. Sit on the land and refuse to offer rights to the oil below it...and you’ll see how the battle changes.
