I know you are having a rough night tonight, so I will cut you some slack. But The argument was that only Trump supported ED for private projects. I simply pointed out that you, cruz and others also support it in other cases to demonstrate your hypocrisy in trying to criticize Trump on this. It had nothing to do with other types of contracts, that was nothing more then your trying to deflect rather then just admit your hypocrisy.

I never said I supported it for Keystone. And I know that Cruz supports the Keystone pipeline, but I can’t find anywhere Cruz specifically endorsed or supported the use of eminent domain for this project. You can support the pipeline without necessarily approving of the use of eminent domain to build the project. So it is possible to be intellectually consistent on the issue.

By the way, I have consistently said that Trump would win NH (they like NE liberals), and that I thought Cruz would be 2nd or 3rd. So this hasn’t been a “rough night” - it turned out pretty much as expected.
