There were a couple of short TV clips of the A-Hole; one of him having dinner and his hand was noticeably shaking and if you look closely at his hand when he was ranting about the horrible things Bernie supporters were saying about his disgusting wife and waving around paper copies of comments, you can also see his hand shaking.
My guess is early stage Parkinson’s.
Good guess. If he is under stress the hand shaking gets worse. That is what happens with Parkinsons disease. The weak voice is another clue. With Parkinsons disease the muscles don’t work like they used to. You need to use muscle movement to speak and to swallow.
My hands are starting to shake a little. I don’t wish it on anyone ‘cause it ain’t fun. But with Bill, NOTHING is supposed to be fun.
Could be, or could be peripheral neuropathy from alcohol abuse and/or diabetic issues.
But one thing can be sure, and that is that if he liked his doctor, he got to keep his doctor.

You could be right. He was on TV standing behind Hillary when she was giving a fairly long speech and his facial expression was nearly blank the entire time, plus he was having trouble controlling his mouth. I hadn’t seen him shaking before but it made me think of the typical Parkinson’s mask.
