Chuck-U Todd just mentioned in NH, if a candidate does NOT reach 10%, his/her delegates are given to the winner - not allocated.

So Trump could get extra delegates from Canuck Ted if “CT” doesn’t reach that 10% threshold.

"A 10% threshold is required in order for a presidential contender to be allocated National Convention delegates."
