Yeah, what on earth is the delay on the last 34 precincts. Was the same 1 1/2 hours agoStill about 95% . Says a lot about the competence of a voting system that can't count a few hundred thousand votes in 12 hours.

The system in NH used to be pretty good. They were 100% optical scanner back in 1990. It’s not an issue of counting paper ballots.

Looks like the R turnout is about +25K over ‘12... not record-breaking as exit pollers initially said.
