Well, here’s how I see tonight.

Let’s get the Dems out of the way first.

Bernie Sanders THUMPED Hillary...hard. She has very significant problems when as the woman candidate 18-29 year old women go for Sanders 72% to 27%.

Bernie’s speech makes clear all the more that he is an abject socialist and he will triple down on the social give away programs. That is what he has to draw people in and he is brutally honest about it.

Hillary’s concession speech was nothing of the sort...it was a campaign speech...but, as I say, she is in real trouble despite going into a more friendly part of the country.

Trump won hands down. An impressive victory. His non-politicians, make America great again, art of the deal, strong on immigration speech is precisely why he is where he is...and that’s not changing..

Kasich’s ground game of long standing in NH came through and he did a lot better than I thought he would.

I am glad to see Cruz pulling out the 3rd place. I believe that is a very good showing for him where he had so few evangelicals and had not invested too much time or money...but had a decent organization just the same.

Bush did better than I though he would coming in 4th. But he too has serious problems. No fire in the belly...but this showing did keep him alive to go South.

Biggest loser tonight in terms of expectations and placing was Rubio. His debate performance did matter and it hurt him...and given his speech, it is clear he is finally admitting it.

Christi will get zero delegates and I believe in his speech he telegraphed that he will be getting out.

Fiorina is done and I believe she gets out to.

Ben Carson should get out...but I believe he will go through South Carolina.

Having said all of that the total difference between Cruz, Bush, and Rubio is going to end up being maybe 2,000 votes. That’s all very close.

All of those guys will be in it probably through Super Tuesday.

I believe Cruz has a real opportunity of being number two in SC and doing quite well there. He will continue to add delegates at a decent pace I believe, second only to Trump.

IMHO...by June it may very well be clear that the two of them will have enough delegates to win this thing together and it may o down that way.
